You can add popup on any control, or on event. You can use xXPpopup for system tray popup menu. You can enable, disable, check and uncheck menu items. You can customize all properties of menu: colors, fonts, style, heights of menu bar. You can use different icons for active, inactive, disabled menu items.

Your popup menu now will be exactly as native Windows XP popup menu.
